Recipe Wednesday

Today I am going to share with you a delicious veggie casserole recipe. This is Hub's favorite and I always make it on Thanksgiving and Christmas. My mother-in-law gave me this recipe and it is so yummy.

Veggie Casserole

Original Veg-All
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Herbal Dressing
Stick Butter

* I don't use measurements for this. It all depends on how many people you are serving.

Mix Veg-All, Mayo, cheese, and salt & pepper in a bowl. (The mixture should have a little too much mayo in it).

Layer in greased dish.

Cover with Herbal dressing.

Melt stick of butter and pour over casserole.

Cook at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until top is brown.

Hi! I just stumbled across your blog and started reading. I have the same background as you right now and thought "we have similar tastes." That was confirmed when I saw your Christmas wish list - I LOVE KK books! Have you started on the Redemption series yet?? I've been dying to read the last book of the entire series (Sunset) and am hopeful to get it for Christmas! Anyway, just wanted to say hi and let you know I stopped by!

I really enjoy Lori Wick, too. I haven't read any yet but my grandma just raves about Beverly Lewis so I have one of those to start soon. Unfortunately I don't have as much time to read lately! Good luck on your journey to a family.. I know of several in your shoes that I pray for daily, so I will remember you on my list.
