Weight Watchers Wednesday

For Weight Watcher Wednesday I thought I would share some of my favorite WW friendly foods. Some of these I may have bragged about before.

I am not a huge fruit person (in fact I used to not eat it at all) but I love me some pineapple. These cups are 2 pts because the pineapple is in juice but they are very convenient to take to work.
I try not to eat too many frozen meals since they are so high in sodium but the Smartones cookie sundae is to yummy to pass up. I heat mine in the microwave for a few seconds and it tastes just like warm cookie dough with ice cream and chocolate syrup.

Another favorite on the go snack of mine is a granola bar. I prefer Quakers Chewy version.

For breakfast every morning I eat a toasted Thomas Everything Bagel Thin with one wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese. Its a total of 4 pts and really fills you up without tasting like your on a diet.

I love chocolate pudding. I've tried the Jello version but still prefer Snack Pack's Sugar Free for only 2 pts.
Please share with me some of your favorite WW friendly products. The only problem that I have with WW is that I feel like I am always eating the same things.
Weekly Weigh In: I haven't done a weekly weigh in in a few weeks because frankly it is to depressing to actually type out and post on here for all of ya'll to see. This week I did lose 1.8 lbs which sounds great but that was only because I had gained each of the weeks before. I know what my problem is... I lack the motivation. All I want to do is eat and its not healthy foods that I'm craving. Bathing suit season is right around the corner and I refuse to go back to a one piece this year after finally being able to wear bi kins again last summer. I just need to get my large booty in gear.
On another note, I mentioned back in January that I was challenging myself to walk 100 miles by March 17th. I am currently at 77.5 miles.
Goals for this week:
*walk 10 miles
*show a loss on the scale for the 2nd week in a row
*go grocery shopping and don't by the same old things

Love the Del Monte fruit cups - I get all of them!

I don't do WW, but I do count cals.

Have you tried the Jello Boston Cream Pie pudding? Sugar free and only 60 cals.

Skinny Cow makes a yummy 100 cal truffle bar.

Pringles fat free light chips - 15 for 70 cals (I think 1 point).

Crystal Light sugar free candies - 25 calories for 4.

Werther's Sugar Free candies - 40 calories for 5.

Special K crackers 17 for 90 calories (I use that with the Skinny Cow cheese).

That's all I can think of for now! :)

Some of my favorite snacks that are WW friendly:

-Nature Valley Granola Thins (1 square is less than 2 pts) I love the dark chocolate but there is also peanut butter
-Popchips (I'm obsessed with these and only 2 pts a small bag)
-laughing cow cheese on a cinnamon graham cracker

And an apple a day!
