Motivation

I heard a teenage boy at school say, "Mrs. D is looking thick today".
Guess that is my cue to get back on the threadmill.
I came home and did over 2 miles.
I think this child is going to be my personal motivator.

:( I would be seriously depressed if I kid said that about me. But good for you getting on the treadmill and doing 2 miles. I am waiting on the hubs to finish is reports for work and then we are off to the gym!

Good for you for using it as motivation!! I would have gone home, cried, and eaten a bucket of ice cream.

Hmmm thick. Don't they just use the most beautiful words to describe their lovely teachers! NOT! Good for you to let it motivate you!

Kids are just brutal sometimes. They tell you exactly what they think at the age I teach. And the older ones say it to others. Well, at least you have some motivation.

It MIGHT have been a compliment! A guy I worked with a couple years back said that a lot of men only like thick women and that just means that they have curves and aren't all anorexic looking. Just saying! =) But great job on your two miles!

Wait, wait, wait! Before you step one more foot on that treadmill, look up the word, "thick" in the urban dictionary. I'm pretty sure its like saying you look PHAT...Pretty Hot and Tempting.
