Motivate Me

I have fallen so far off the Weight Watchers wagon that I can't even see it anymore.

I started Weight Watchers in January of 2009 and went from 217 lbs to my current 180 lbs. I have been at the roughly the same weight since May 2009. My goal weight is between 160 and 150 lbs. I would love to reach this goal by the beginning of the year (giving myself one year to lose a total of 67 lbs). I have totally lost focus and all willpower though. I have got to get back to counting my points. As I type this I am also looking at the Weight Watchers community boards trying to find motivation. UGH!!! I have gotten so lazy. I haven't worked out in forever. The YMCA has forgotten what I look like. I also need to update my mini-goals for losing. I'm going to post them on here so that I can be held accountable. I know that this last 30 lbs is going to be so much harder to lose than the first 30 lbs but I HAVE to do it!

Motivations and Goals

- get back into the smallest pair of pants in my closet. The only ones that don't fit yet.

- lose 5-8 lbs by Thanksgiving

- lose 15 -20 lbs by Christmas

- start drinking all of my water like I was before

I think those are great goals! I am so impressed with how much you have lost already on your own. I often times get into a rut of ant-exercise girl! And it is so hard to get out of that.

Thank you so much for your nice comment and your advice meant so much to me! I am also thinking about you as you go through this journey.

I feel you! I've been eating so much junk lately and haven't had the nerve to step on a scale yet. I've actually been using recipes from this website called hungrygirl.com, so you might check it out for WW friendly food ideas!
