Fallen off the wagon and getting run over

Let me start out by saying that this post is about holding myself accountable. I am laying it all out here for ya'll. I did HORRIBLE with eating this week! It was our Spring Break and I found it very hard to say on my eating routine when I wasn't on my normal schedule. So not an excuse though. I did work out hard this week but I stuffed my face the rest of the time so it didn't really help. When I weighed this morning I had gained almost 2lbs back from last Monday. But today is a new day and a fresh start. I have 10 weeks left until my brothers wedding and I have a goal of losing 10-15 more pounds before then. Okay moving on now.

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter. I didn't post because I like to spend holidays with my family and we were pretty busy all day. We had a wonderful church service and then had lunch with my family. After that we played baseball outside and just had a wonderful time. Easter is the greatest holiday for a Christian and I feel like as I get older it just means more and more each year. Anyone else feel this way?

Prayer Requests:

1) My cousin left today to go back to Fort Bragg. From there he will be leaving for his second tour of Iraq. Please keep him and his family in prayers. He has a 14 month old daughter and it is extremely hard for him to leave her.

2) Hubs had a family friend that joined the Lord yesterday morning. We will be traveling this week for the funeral. Please keep his family in your prayers and us as we travel.

I just came across your blog and wanted to say I TOTALLY agree about it holding more meaning the older I get. I had the best weekend I've had in a long time and it was mostly because of Easter events at our church!

Loving your blog!

Ummm...some accountability buddy I turned out to be! HA! I ate 237 brownies yesterday!!! Ok, that's an exaggeration, but only a slight one! HA!!!!
Good for you for getting back on the wagon, I am too! You can TOTALLY reach your goal within that time frame, you have done amazing so far!!!
I feel the same way about Easter, I was just reflecting on that last night, this year it just seemed to mean SO much more to me...and I loved it.

I will be praying for your prayer requests!!!
